These terms govern your use of mastermindshq.business and anything you buy from it. The site is operated by Iron Amethyst Holdings, LLC. By using the site or buying a product you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Live and recorded educational programs: workshops, courses, and the AI Business Mastermind. Each product page describes what is included, the format, and the dates. Live sessions are delivered over video call. Recordings and materials are delivered through our portal.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and charged through Stripe at checkout. Where a plan is a subscription or a payment plan, that is stated on the product page, and it continues until it is completed or cancelled.

Your access

Access is for one person. Do not share logins, resell access, or redistribute recordings, materials, prompts, or agents. Doing so ends your access without a refund.

What you build is yours

Websites, agents, automations, and other work you create during a program belong to you. The course materials, teaching, recordings, and provided agents remain ours and are licensed to you for your own use.

Results

We teach a method and help you build real things with it. We do not promise income, revenue, or any specific business outcome. What you get out of a program depends on your own work and circumstances. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of yours.

Changes to a program

If we have to change a date, a session, or a presenter, we will tell you as early as we can and give you the recording. If we cancel a program outright before it starts, you get a full refund.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, disrupt other users, or use the site or its community for anything unlawful, harassing, or abusive.

Liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located there.
