Refund Policy

We want you in the room because you want to be there, not because you cannot get your money back. If a program is not right for you, tell us.

The Website Workshop and other paid workshops

Workshop seats are not refundable for a change of mind. What you get instead is a guarantee: if you attended and the workshop was not what was described, email us within 7 days of the session and we will make it right, up to a full refund. Reach us at joe@mastermindshq.business.

Courses

14 days from purchase for a full refund, provided you have not completed more than the first module or downloaded the full material set. Self-paced courses that are consumed quickly are treated on their stated terms, shown at checkout.

AI Business Mastermind

Mastermind seats are not refundable for a change of mind. Two guarantees apply instead, exactly as written on the enrollment page: attend the first three sessions and if it is still not the right fit, tell us and you get 100% back; and the pays-for-itself guarantee for members who complete the full program. Payment-plan obligations continue for the agreed term unless one of those guarantees is honoured.

If we cancel

If we cancel a program before it starts, you get a full refund automatically, with no need to ask.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
