Privacy Policy

This site, mastermindshq.business, is operated by Iron Amethyst Holdings, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: joe@mastermindshq.business.

What we collect

Information you give us. Your name and email when you fill in a form (a quiz, a lead capture, a waitlist, an enrollment). If you buy something, our payment processor collects your payment details and billing information; we receive your name, email, and the amount, not your card number.

Information collected automatically.Standard server and analytics data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL, and cookie or pixel identifiers. We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for this, including Meta’s Conversions API, which sends a hashed version of your email and your IP address to Meta so purchases and sign-ups can be attributed to the ad you clicked.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for: quiz results, a workshop seat, course access, email you requested.
• To send related follow-up email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve our advertising and our site.
• To prevent abuse and keep the site secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who run parts of this operation on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Meta’s ad personalisation in your Facebook settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Blocking them does not stop the site from working.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email joe@mastermindshq.business and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
